Dear UOSS Health Plan Members,

Effective January 1, 2026, the UOSS Health Plan will transition to administration by Meritain Health (an Aetna Company).

The www.udelhovenbenefits.com website will remain available for access to records dated prior to January 1, 2026.

For services and records dated on or after January 1, 2026, members will need to create a Meritain Health user account by visiting www.meritain.com and selecting “Register” on the homepage. To complete registration, you will need information from your Meritain ID card. If you need a replacement ID card, please contact the plan administrator at 907-261-2321.
